Born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, 14th June 1974, JR is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and artist. He moved to NYC in 2002 and, at the age of 28, taught himself to play guitar. His first song Winter was chosen for an episode of the Scrubs TV series and appears on his debut album We Were Here, released in 2006. His songs have amassed 75 placements in films and television.

Born Bonnie Lynn Raitt, 8 November, 1949 in Burbank, CA, BR is an American blues singer-songwriter, musician and activist, who plays guitar, slide guitar and piano. In the 1970s, Raitt released a series of roots-influenced albums which incorporated elements of blues, rock, folk and country. After several years of critical acclaim but little commercial success, she had major hit albums Nick of Time (1989), Luck of the Draw (1991) and Longing in Their Hearts (1994) - multi-million sellers, generating several hit singles. Raitt has received 10 Grammy Awards.

Born Timothy James Rice-Oxley, 2 June 1976, in Oxford, England, T R-O is a multi-instrumentalist who is best known as co-founder, principal composer, pianist and backing vocalist of piano rock band Keane. After giving up piano lessons as a teenager, he developed a liking for the piano and subsequently taught himself to play, thanks to the Beatles’ songbook. In 2004, he won an Ivor Novello Award for Composer of The Year.

Born Jonathan Michael Richman in Natick, Massachusetts,16 May, 1951. JR is a singer, songwriter and guitarist, known for his wide-eyed, unaffected and child-like outlook, and his music that often draws on influences from around the world. In 1970, he founded The Modern Lovers, a massively influential proto-punk band that led the way to Punk, Alternative and Indie music. Cited as an influence by many musicians, his songs have been covered by such artists as John Cale, David Bowie, Iggy Pop and The Sex Pistols. Since the mid-1970s, he has worked either solo or with low-key, generally acoustic, backing.

She has since become one of the highest-selling NZ artists of all time. BR is a multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, ukulele, keyboards and drums.

Born Claude Russell Bridges in Lawton, Oklahoma, 2 April 1942 (died 13 November 2016), LR is an American musician, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who, during a 60-year career played on, arranged, wrote or produced some of the finest records in popular music in an array of different genres. His eponymous debut album was released in 1970. In March 2011, he was inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame. In July 2011, he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
